was registered on 14th April 2013. Since then we have been expanding with a proven track record in delivering successful projects. We specialize in infrastructure projects including construction of harbor, coastal protection, utility, general construction, civil works, resort construction and ID works and
solutions.
SAS e Construction continuously works towards providing additional services required by clients, having the capacity within the company and due to high demand for landscaping & hardscaping in Maldives, SAS e Construction now offers these services in Maldives.
The directors of the company, Mr. Saud and Mr. Sawad brought together years of experience and in depth knowledge that they have acquired over the years in different areas of the Industry to form SAS e Construction Pvt. Ltd. It is also registered under the National Contractor registration with the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure and has been registered as a General Contractor, Utility Contractor and a Harbour Contractor.
SAS e Construction formed a foreign investment company in Maldives on 10th March 2014 named SAS E SENOK JOINT VENTURE PVT LTD to do harbour construction projects in Maldives by bringing technical expertise into the country. Fifty percent of the joint venture is owned by SAS e Construction Pvt. Ltd while the other fifty percent is owned by Senok Trade Combine of Sri Lanka.
